Our house rules
We are very pleased that you have chosen our hotel and hope that you will spend some nice days here.
General
The hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis. The basis for the guest`s check-in is to present a photo ID and to fill out the registration card.
The hotel reserves the right to check the credit limit of the given credit card for the booking.
We would like to point out that third-party copyrights must be complied with when using our Internet access. In particular, downloads and uploads via so-called file sharing networks are not permitted.
In the event of a violation of this, you will lead to claims for damages by our company.
Reception
Our hotel reception is continuously staffed.
Of course, our staff will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you have a problem regarding your stay in our house, you are welcome to contact one of our employees at any time.
Sleep/Safety/Order
We ask all guests to behave in such a way as not to disturb the other guests and our neighbors.
From 10.00 p.m. onwards, room volume must be maintained in all rooms.
After 10:00 p.m., any noise must be avoided when leaving and returning to our house, out of consideration for the hotel neighbors and guests.
Also in the corridors and in the stairwell please behave calmly.
Drunk guests may be expelled from the house.
The Child and Youth Protection Act applies in all rooms and in the outdoor facilities.
Persons who are not registered in our booking system and are brought into our house by guests are only allowed access after prior registration at the reception. Our house may refuse access to such persons.
The data protection provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act apply.
Smoking ban
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.
If a fire alarm is triggered by unauthorized smoking or if the smoke detectors have been deliberately manipulated, the hotel assumes no liability. The resulting costs of the deployment of the fire brigade or other security services must be paid directly on site.
Will be found out that guests smoke in the rooms, our house will charge a special cleaning fee of € 150 to the guests.
Furthermore, we will charge you for the loss of rental for at least 3 days/without breakfast.
Bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the house. In this case, the competent authorities will also be informed of the circumstance.
Room
Our rooms are available from 3:00 p.m., possibly earlier with consultation with us.
On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest.
During your stay at the hotel, we ask you to behave in an environmentally friendly way, especially when dealing with water and electricity.
The employees of the hotel are entitled to enter the hotel room during the guest's stay for the purpose of cleaning, carrying out repair work and so on.
When leaving the room, please close all windows and doors to avoid damage caused by storms.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to lean out of the windows.
The windows may only be opened to ventilate the rooms.
When using the heater, please keep doors and windows closed.
When leaving the room, the TV and the lights must be switched off.
In our house, guests are not allowed to use electrical appliances, except hair dryers and electric shavers. This is especially true for kettles, immersion heaters, hotplates, irons or similar.
Damage/contamination/loss of keys
All furnishings that are in your room or in the hotel building may be used by you as intended.
Please, take care of all the furnishings and inventory. You undertake to treat the room with care and to ensure that other fellow travelers also comply with these rules.
In the event of damage or contamination of the building or inventory, or in the event of loss of the key, the damage incurred must be compensated by the person responsible.
The loss price of the hotel key is €180.
Compensation payments must be made immediately (in the case of groups, accompanying persons must pay in advance).
Theft and intentional damage to property will be reported immediately.
Damage that is only detected by our employees after departure will considered as property damage and we will proceed accordingly. We will charge the causer for the caused damage.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our house. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Valuables/Luggage
We would like to point out that we cannot assume any liability for luggage and valuables.
The hotel expressly assumes no liability for the loss of valuables (in particular jewellery and cash).
The safekeeping of the wardrobe, musical instruments, technical equipment and similar is also the sole responsibility of the guest's duty of supervision. Access by third parties or the provision of rooms of the hotel to third parties by guests is only permitted with the written consent of the hotel.
Termination by the hotel
The hotel is entitled to terminate accommodation contracts (even after moving into the room(s)) with immediate effect and, in exercising its domiciliary rights, to expel the guest, the group of guests from the house. This happens when the guest or group of guests damages the reputation, security or reputation of the hotel. There is a suspicion of committing criminal offences or harassing, repeatedly disturbing or endangering other guests, residents, passers-by or neighbours.
In particular, repeated violations by the guest or the group of guests against regulations from their terms and conditions or the house rules, as well as the damage, soiling or theft of hotel property entitle the hotel to immediate termination by the hotel.
This also applies if the guest uses the hotel's room for an other purpose than agreed. In these cases, the guest may be obliged to pay damages and to pay for the accommodation already used, as well as to pay for accommodation not yet used in accordance with the cancellation regulations.
Departure
We ask our guests to vacate the room by 12.00 noon on the day of departure at the latest.
